Corton GRAND Cru – “Les perrieres”

Dégustation :

Ah! Corton, the only red Grand Cru of the Côte de Beaune….
Suave but dynamic, complete but not exhuberant, we can be at a loss for words….
A great man told me one day that great wines can be recognised by their capacity to age but that they also have balance in their youth.
And so it is the case with the Corton les Perrières which does not need to wait years but can do so.
